Furry Friends: Beauties and Beasts

Good Day Kansas

In today’s Furry Friends segment Lauren Ennis from Beauties and Beasts joined Jillian to share about their rescue. Beauties and Beasts is a state-licensed 501(c)(3) death row rescue located in Wichita, Kansas. Since its founding in October 2014, Beauties and Beasts have been able to save the lives of over 2000 death row animals. They have also been able to network out over 1100 animals to other rescues. Beauties and Beasts is a completely 100% volunteer run rescue, they also rely on 100% donations from our followers and supporters to carry out their mission to save animals in our community. Beauty and Beasts’ purpose is to rescue death row animals from the shelter and in our community and place them in foster homes where they can receive the care and training needed to become family pets. The main mission is to change these animals’ worlds one rescue at a time. Another large part of the mission is to be a voice for animals in need throughout our community and the rescue is proud to make an impact on the streets of our city as well.
