This year the Goddard Fall festival is going to be like any other fall festival the community ahs seen before. After a tough year last year the community has rallied together and wants to do it BIG this year, and boy did they do just that.
I had the chance to chat with Angie Duntz, Chamber of Commerce President of Goddard to learn about the planning, designing and collaboration behind the 2021 Goddard Fall Festival. This is truly a community event put on by the Goddard Chamber of Commerce and The Lions Club. Additional support comes from volunteers and local businesses that host different portions of the three day event.
Angie was really excited to share this year the Goddard High School Alumni Club is going to have a large presence and also the theme will be entertaining, it is “The Roarin’ 20’s” The logo was created by a local artist and the entire town seems to play a role in this community festival. You will find everything from sno cones, to car shows, petting zoo live music, face painting and much more. If you are free bring to kids and enjoy the three day celebration of family and the community of Goddard. Visit Goddard Chamber of Commerce on Facebook for more information.
