Next time you are out east you must stop in to the Reginier Family Wonderscopee Children’s Museum of Kansas City. Wonderscope is the region’s only nonprofit children’s museum focused on STEAM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) for young children ages birth to about eight years old. The center is full of engaging activities for children to explore. Wonderscope is so special because while the children are making their way through the many diverse play areas learning is happening and they don’t even realize it!
The mission of Wonderscope is to spark a lifelong love of learning through the universal and uniting power of play. The team behind this incredible facility has a huge passion for learning and engaging children with STEAM and also to simply have fun while learning. My 4 1/2 year old nephew Tucker is featured in the segment on a few occasions – he was so fun to watch learn and play at Wondercope. He made friends, played in water and had an absolute blast while he explored the museum.
I highly recommend looking in to making the trip and also learning about the membership opportunities for your family and or even the corporate memberships and the many benefits for our families and community. To plan a trip reach out to Wonderscope directly, they will take care of you!
