In Mulvane, KS you’ll find an ice cream parlor, vintage candy store, lunch spot and local hang out all in one. You’ll also find a driven business woman who pursued a dream to open the sweet treats shop for a place the community could come together and where her children and family could all work together. Lil’ Deuce Scoop is found in an old drug store and pays homage with original signage and ceilings, but has a fresh welcoming vibe that on a hot day in summer or even a brisk spring day you can find a crowd to hang out with while snacking on jelly beans, Charleston Chew or one of about 25 ice creams flavors! Carol Irvine, a former ER Nurse of 18 years is the brains, heart and hard work behind the operation and is proud to provide a place for those traveling by to stop in and learn a little bit about Mulvane. She is also one to give back; she hires local college students to help her Mother and children run the ice cream parlor and invests in them through mentorship and providing guidance and inspiration on a daily basis.
