National Orphan Museum

Good Day Kansas

The National Orphan Train Museum tells an important part of history that isn’t told much in schools. The Museum is in Concordia and tells about the kids at the turn of the 19th century and how they travelled by train to get to Kansas and the surrounding states for a new life from New York. The complex has three buildings of history to look at and an actual train that people can walk in to see what it was like.
