I had the opportunity to interview Aiden Kendall, an offensive lineman at Newton High School who will be entering his senior year when the season hopefully starts up in the fall! In the segment, Aiden and I talked about the challenges and opportunities of working out from home during March and April. He shared how it was important to be disciplined during that time because he didn’t have his teammates there to motivate him. As the segment went on we talked about the skillset needed to play at different positions along the offensive line, and what switching positions will be like for him entering his senior season. Lastly, Aiden shared how nutrition has played a major role in his development as a high school student-athlete and he always makes sure he’s aware of what foods he’s putting into his body.
