I love staying active and I love being outside so when our friends at Hutch Rec shared their newest fitness class called SUP Yoga with me I jumped at the chance to give it a shot.
Monica Yoder who joined us to share about the Cardio Drum class offered at Hutch Rec made another appearance on GDK to share about a fun workout: SUP Yoga. SUP or Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga tests many muscles in your core, both abs and back. It also is a phenomenal way to challenge your balance and focus. I had such a great time learning this unique workout and really enjoyed giving it a try. I do believe some practice would help me greatly, but I gave it my best shot!
