Chef Jason Febres steps in the kitchen with us to create a holiday-themed caprese board! The candy cane twist of mozzarella and tomatoes is paired perfectly with an array of dry meats, creating a charcuterie board vibe.

Chef Jason owns Rent the Chef and caters weddings, hosts private dinner parties and will soon be opening a catering kitchen in Valley Center.
