We step in the kitchen this week with Chef Luis Peña and learn how to make a delicious potato rosti! We also hear from a few students participating in the Redler Institute of Culinary Arts program about their experience in the school.

Both students tell us they’re learning invaluable skills under the lead of Chef Peña! The tools they gain in the classes are preparing them for the workforce.
