Bishop Carroll Girls' Soccer outlasts Valley Center 2-1 in penalty kicks

VALLEY CENTER, Kan. (KSNW) - For 80 minutes, Bishop Carroll and Valley Center girls' soccer played a tough, physical, and well-played soccer game. Same thing after 100 minutes. And after 110 minutes.

In the end, the Golden Eagles and Hornets needed penalty kicks to settle things, and it was Bishop Carroll who came out on top. With the win, the Golden Eagles will Blue Valley Southwest on Friday at 5 p.m. in Topeka.
