Karen Hager, the creative service director at KSN, shares her family’s favorite creamy cream cheese corn recipe.
- 2 – 16 oz. bags of frozen corn
- 12 oz. of cream cheese
- 1 stick of salted butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 garlic cloves
- Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
- Stir frequently to help melt cheese, butter and sugar.
- Easy to double for big crowds.
