Hags Creamy Cream Cheese Corn

Karen Hager, the creative service director at KSN, shares her family’s favorite creamy cream cheese corn recipe.



  • 2 – 16 oz. bags of frozen corn 
  • 12 oz. of cream cheese 
  • 1 stick of salted butter 
  • ½ cup Sugar 
  • ¼ cup Water 
  • 2 garlic cloves 


  • Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 3 hours. 
  • Stir frequently to help melt cheese, butter and sugar. 
  • Easy to double for big crowds.
