Momma Funk’s Peanut Butter Bars

Hunter Funk, a news reporter at KSN, shares her favorite peanut butter bar recipe that comes from her momma.



  • Bottom layer 
    • 2 Cubes/Sticks (or 1 cup) Melted Butter 
    • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar 
    • 1 Cup Peanut Butter 
    • 1-1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs 
  • Topping 
    • 12 oz. Chocolate Chips, Melted 


  • Bottom layer 
    • Mix all together, press into a cookie sheet. 
  • Topping 
    • Spread over bars.  Cut into squares and refrigerate.  Store at room temperature after set.
