MORRIS COUNTY, Kan. (KSNT) – A grain elevator company in northern Morris County is cleaning up after one of their grain bin collapsed Wednesday morning.

A photo was sent to KSNT News from White City, that’s about 15 miles southeast of Junction City.

According to the Morris County Emergency Management Director, it happened around mid-morning at the Morkan co-op.

The 500,000 bushel bin was about half full of corn.  It spilled after one of the bins’ seams gave way.

The spilled grain also damaged two nearby storage sheds, no one was injured.
