WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – While Wichita police were making an arrest on a South Clifton shots fired call, another teen, a documented gang member, was caught firing a gun.
It also happened around 12:20 p.m. Thursday.
911 received a call of someone in a blue car firing a gun. Police also heard the shots and observed a Dodge Dart leaving the area.
Police followed the vehicle and arrested a 15-year-old driver at Hydraulic and I-135.
He was taken to the Sedgwick County Juvenile Detention Facility and booked for possession of a firearm by a juvenile, defacing a serial number and possession of marijuana and alcohol by a minor.
