LA CROSSE, Kan. (KSNW) – A murdered La Crosse man’s SUV may be in Wichita.

On Friday, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) and the Rush County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) said Leslie Randa was discovered in his home located at 205 E. 5th St., by a family member. The RCSO contacted the KBI for assistance with the investigation. Both KBI agents and the Crime Scene Response Team responded to the scene. On Tuesday, the KBI and RCSO ruled the death as a homicide in a press release.

Randa owned a black 2006 GMC Envoy with Kansas plate 463HAE. The front grill guard is chrome in color. After Randa was killed, the vehicle was seen in Wichita and may still be in the Wichita area.

The public’s assistance is being requested by law enforcement at this time. If anyone has any information about this crime or the location of Randa’s vehicle, contact the RCSO at 785-222-2578 or the KBI at 1-800-KSCRIME.

An autopsy was scheduled to be performed on Randa.
