A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Wichita man earlier this month.
According to WPD officer Charley Davidson, Dewayne Austin Cope has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Trenton Custer.
Custer’s death was discovered earlier this month after a neighbor went through the window of a mobile home in the 3800 block of S. Meridian and found him dead with multiple gunshot wounds.
Cope is being held for first-degree murder.
