New details have been released in the latest case against Joseph Randle. The former Cowboys player has been charged with multiple counts including rape, aggravated battery and aggravated kidnapping.
Court documents give graphic details alleging Randle repeatedly raped the victim, threw her to the ground, punched her in the jaw and held her by her neck.
According to the documents, the woman was able to get out of the residence and go outside, where she saw a man and asked to use his cell phone to call police. That man would report to police that he saw marks around the victim’s neck that looked like they were from a hand — but when he asked her what happened, she said she couldn’t say anything because quote “he’s going to hurt me.”
After being examined by a nurse, the victim also indicated two other previous assaults by Randle that she had never reported.
Randle remains behind bars on $750,000 bond.
