The Wichita Police Department responded to an armed robbery at Walgreens on Saturday.

An employee stated a man walked into the store around 11:20. The suspect lifted his shirt and displayed a handgun.

As the suspect was walking out, he demanded a pack of cigarettes. The employee complied, and the suspect left the store on foot.

A short time later, officers developed information which led to the arrest of the 21-year-old suspect.
