Students, staff and faculty from Mahomes’ alma mater in Texas celebrate ‘Chiefs Day’

Don't Miss This

Students and staff from Whitehouse, Texas are rooting for their favorite KC Chiefs player — quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes is a graduate of Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas. And the school has named today Chiefs Day in honor of their famous alumnus.

“Goooo Mahooooomes, Go Mahomes,” students and staff chanted in a video shared on the Whitehouse ISD Facebook page Friday.

Another video of a Whitehouse school district bus driver even showed children slapping a mat donned with the Kansas City Chiefs logo as they exited the bus.

Students, faculty and staff all put on their Chiefs gear to show their support for the QB as he gets ready for the biggest game of his career — the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots.
