3.8 magnitude earthquake shakes parts of Harper

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake hit the town of Harper Thursday afternoon. 

The earthquake marks the fourth quake in the area in the past 24 hours. This one, however, was the strongest one. 

The quake hit about 15 kilometers east of the town of Harper. It was felt in areas in Wichita and Hesston, according to USGS
