WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — There is a heavy presence by the Wichita Police Department in east Wichita after the driver of a vehicle fled from a traffic stop Wednesday evening.
The heavy police presence is in the area of the 1100 block of N. Grove St.
Sedgwick County dispatch confirms a passenger has been taken into custody.
