WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Walter Clemmons is a Kansan who has dedicated a lot of his time to those in need.
Twice a week, he feeds the hungry on the streets of Wichita, ladling out hot soup to anyone who wants it.
KSN Chief Photojournalist Scott Dietz tagged along with Walter as his mission moved up Broadway.
"Everybody, everybody has a mission in life," explained Clemmons. "This is where God gave me the vision to do this. He showed me in a dream that I was, that I was, that he wanted me to feed his people."
Walter has been serving eight different soups on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the last two years.
"As long as he gives me breath in my body, you know, I will continue to do his will," said Walter.
He is hoping to get a trailer someday in order to feed even more people.
