In March, it’s all about how bad teams want it, and here in Wichita, fans will have to be just as competitive for parking places.
“I don’t even think we are going to try really it is going to be crazy,” says Wichitan Jeffrey Johnson.
Braeden Oaklef, Owner of TMH Studio says, “Yeah, parking is going to suck.”
Next week, they are likely going to be filled.
“We are right here by Intrust so, yeah, I am interested,” says Oaklef.
His barber shop is as close to Intrust Bank Arena as their trimmers are to customers beards.
It’ll be madness downtown and his barbers will need to keep their hands steady and business running smooth
“It is going to be crazy down here. Not to mention St. Patricks Day Saturday. That is going to be wild,” says Oaklef.
The parking will be a pain so he’s asking his customers to plan hours in advance.
“There will be the trolly system running. There will be a bus line running from Lawrence Dumont down to Intrsust Bank Arena,” explains Oaklef.
“People are just going to have to be patient,” says Cheris Coggins, owner of Urban Interiors.
Coggins has a new shipment of just about everything in her store.
The traffic doesn’t bother her. Especially knowing they’ll be walking right by her store to get to the stadium.
“It is going to bring a ton of revenue to Wichita and you will have to enjoy it.”
