Wichita police need help locating 17-year-old Sheila Dutton who is an active runaway.
Police said Dutton willfully left a church in the area of 10th and Tyler at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. She was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. Sheila is developmentally disabled.
