It is the last week for low-income families and individuals to apply for assistance this holiday season through Inter-Faith Ministries’s Operation Holiday.
In order to qualify for assistance and receive nonperishable food items, winter wear, blankets and other basic needs through Operation Holiday, households must apply in-person at one of 10 application sites now through this Friday, November 30th.

Distribution of goods will take place December 13-15 at the Operation Holiday warehouse located at Towne West Mall (4600 W. Kellogg, NW corner between Dick’s and Convergys).
Applicants must provide proof of identification and income, and meet certain income requirements to qualify. For example, a family of three cannot qualify if their monthly income is $2400 or more per month. Also, households may only receive assistance through Operation Holiday or Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, not both.
