The Kansas Highway Patrol said three people from Alabama are dead after a crash south of Manhattan early Wednesday.
It happened on I-70 at K-177 at around 5:30 a.m. The accident involved one vehicle.
The KHP said the Chevrolet Camaro was traveling westbound when it went into the median, hit a guard rail and vaulted over K177. It came to rest on the west side of the highway.
The victims have been identified as Leroy Myers, 58, of Arab, Alabama, Joey Tidwell, 18, of Albertville, Alabama and Halie Davis, 20, of Madison, Alabama.
