Tired of sitting at a red light when no other cars are around? Drivers, and even some city traffic engineers, say it happens frequently, especially downtown.
More than a year ago, the city announced a high tech plan to fix it. But as KSN shows you, the project is on pause.
“This has taken longer than we hoped,” said Gary Janzen, City of Wichita Engineer. “We planned on being further along at this point.”
