WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A man, armed with a machete, robbed a local Dollar General Saturday evening.
They say it happened in the 4500 block of East Pawnee, at 6 p.m.
Police say the suspect walked around the counter and ripped the cash drawer out of the register.
With the drawer, the man fled the scene on foot.
No one was reported hurt during the incident.
