Magnitude 4.1 earthquake shakes Kansas, Oklahoma

PERRY, Okla. (KSNW) – A magnitude 4.1 earthquake and several after shocks were felt in Oklahoma and Kansas late Saturday night.

The U.S. Geological Survey reports the quake was centered near Perry, Okla., or about 98 miles from Wichita.  The quake occurred at 11:17 p.m.  at a depth of 4.7 miles below the Earth’s surface.

KSN received reports from viewers around Kansas. The map below shows where some of those who reported the quake felt it.

No damage has been reported from the earthquake.
