(NBC News) – You’ll have to wait a bit longer to get your hands on Samsung’s Galaxy Fold smartphone.
Samsung has announced that it is delaying the retail launch of its first foldable smartphone due to problems with the screen.
The Galaxy Fold was set to be released on Friday.
Samsung says the Galaxy Fold “needs further improvements”, and it will continue evaluating feedback from reviewers.
The company began taking orders for the Galaxy Fold earlier this month.
The pocket-sized phone, which opens like a book, is set to retail for $1,980.
