PRETTY PRAIRIE, Kan. (KSNW) – A school bond for the Pretty Prairie school district failed to pass on Tuesday.

The votes for the $10.4 million bond issue were 212, or 43% of the vote. The votes against it were 277, or 57% of the vote.

The bond focused on repairs for the elementary, middle and high schools, including windows, roofs, weatherproofing and some small renovations.
