“Too Tall” helps raise funds for blind and visually impaired

WICHITA, Kansas – One of the biggest players to ever suit up in the NFL, Ed “Too Tall” Jones arrived in Wichita this week to help raise money for the blind and visually impaired.

Standing 6’9″, the longtime Dallas Cowboy was the featured sports celebrity at Envision’s annual fundraising tournament at Reflection Ridge Golf Club. Aiming to transform lives, the event raised well over $100,000.

Jones didn’t hesitate to get on board when he got the invite. He said, “You’re doing so many good things for so many people with this tournament.”

Envision President and CEO Michael Monteferrante told KSN, “This will be our record tournament-20th tournament, $120K all going to the Envision program and services.”
