Federal charges have been filed against Wichita attorney Brad Pistotnik and a computer software engineer.

The office of U.S. Attorney for the District of Kansas Stephen McAllister said in a news release the indictment alleges Pistotnik and David Dorsett, who is the co-founder of a company called Viral Artificial Intelligence, each committed five counts of computer fraud and two counts of conspiracy.

The indictment also alleged Pistotnik and Dorsett were responsible for cyber attacks on web sites that were critical of the lawyer’s work.

KSN reached out to Pistotnik but no one answered our call.
