Do you think KanCare should be expanded? Why or why not?

No, I believe that healthcare prices would decrease and quality and availability of healthcare would increase if providers were freed from government meddling and control.

Virtually every person wants access to quality healthcare at an affordable price. I think the best way to achieve this is by removing government interference and enabling free markets.

What is your stance on the legalization of medical marijuana?

Marijuana should be fully legal recreationally. You should not have to loose your gun if you obtain a medical card. End the war on drugs. No victim, no crime. Well our prisons are overpopulated due to victimless crimes.

Do you support any changes to abortion laws in Kansas? If so, what changes?

Recognizing that abortion is a sensitive issue and that people can hold good-faith views on all sides, we believe that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration.

What are the issues you would address for farmers and ranchers?

No response.

What are the key education issues in Kansas for K-12? For universities?

Government run schools have been failing. I always encourage others to look into private or home schooling.

Are you satisfied with DCF? With the foster care system?

No response.

What is your response to the Black Lives Matter movement?

Everyone has the right to protest no matter what the issue is.

What do you think needs to be done to promote social and racial justice?

Getting the community together more. Teaching the difference between individualism and collectivism. How individuals are the smallest minorities.

Are you in favor of police reform? If so, what should it look like?

Yes, end the qualified immunity act. And end the war on drugs.

Did you or do you support business shutdowns to control the spread of the coronavirus?

No, business should have not been forced to shut down.

Would you support another statewide shutdown if coronavirus cases continued to rise? If so, what are the factors that would lead you to that decision?

I would not support a shutdown.

What do you think should be done to help the Kansas economy recover?

Legalization of marijuana, gambling, and sports betting. Abolishing the sales tax on our basic necessities such food, water, and medicine. Open businesses back up. Control the amount of spending from our government. Lowering other taxes on the individual.

Would you cut money for social services if it means lower taxes? Would you favor higher taxes for more social services?

I would cut, taxation is theft. We have other ways to provide these services besides the use of force. Good ideas don’t require force.

What should Kansas do to balance its budget? Will you support budget cuts for schools?

Our local government has a spending problem. This would go back to encouraging others to look into private or home schooling. I’d prefer to see a free market and more private schools to choose from.
