Former East star Griffin becomes Raptors lead assistant

Adrian Griffin has been hired to become the lead assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors. Griffin was a star on the hardwood for Wichita East in the early 1990s. From there, he was a star at Seton Hall and a nine-year NBA veteran before he transitioned to coaching in the NBA.

He started as an assistant with the Milwaukee Bucks before stops in Chicago, Orlando, and most recently, Oklahoma City.
