Former Kansas State star and Riley County grad Jordy Nelson is retiring according to NFL Network’s James Jones. Jones was Nelson’s teammate with the Green Bay Packers.

The 33 year old spent last season with the Oakland Raiders where he hauled in 63 catches for 739 yards and three touchdowns.
Nelson finishes his career with 613 catches, 8,587 yards, 72 touchdowns. He also won a Super Bowl with the Green Bay Packers during the 2010 season.
