Pizza Hut plans to hire up to 11,000 workers in the U.S. as it gears up for the Super Bowl.
The pizza chain plans to fill as many of the positions as possible for the Feb. 5 game. Those that aren’t will be filled afterward.
The Super Bowl is the busiest day of the year for restaurant. It expects to sell more than 2 million pizzas during the big game. A Pizza Hut spokesman says the chain typically adds more workers before the big game. It had about 5,000 job openings around this time last year.
