No need for the umbrella today, but some rain could return again tonight and tomorrow morning. Temperatures are starting to warm a bit with the clouds attempting to break.
Temperatures will return to the upper 50’s and lower 60’s across the state. Winds also stay calm out of the north. More sunshine is expected towards NW and SW Kansas.
Tonight, showers and maybe a few snow flurries return towards NW Kansas and a little rain here in Wichita. Most of the rain appears to stay west tonight.
A better chance of rain for the metro will take place for the early morning hours. A few rumbles isn’t out of the question, but no severe weather.
We dry out for Friday and Saturday, but colder temperatures and maybe some rain and snow returns for Easter Sunday. Not expecting large amounts of snow or rain, but it will be brutally cold with the strong north winds. This will be a system we watch closely.
I’ll talk more about your Easter forecast today on KSN at noon. See you there!! Have a great day.
