Starting off Tuesday on a pleasant note. You may notice an unfriendly, grass fire smell outside in the Metro. This is due to controlled burns in Butler County. Don’t be alarmed.

A not-so friendly Kansas wind will be felt in western Kansas. High Wind Watches and Warnings have been posted for gusts to 65 MPH. With wind this strong, blowing dust can be expected.
