You can ditch the heavy coat this morning, it’s comfortably cool in the 50s with a slight breeze.
Then it’s off to the races as highs top out in the lower to middle 80s. Not record warmth but an early taste of summer. Hopefully this isn’t a sign that we’re skipping over spring this year.

A storm system arrives for the end of the week. A mixed bag of precipitation can be expected for northern Kansas Friday night into Saturday.
