On Ronelle’s Radar: Clouds & Some Rain Move In

Weather Blog

Today’s rain chance will mainly be confined to Western Kansas during the morning, especially Southwestern Kansas. Showers will be light.

Morning temperatures in the 40s will still be worthy of something with long sleeves. And if it’s dry where you are, go ahead and take the rain jacket or umbrella to work with you. Central Kansas will notice increasing clouds after midday. And also a few sprinkles sneaking into the area.

More clouds and scattered showers around will bump highs down into the 50s and low 60s but it’ll still be mild.

Rain chances will only go up as we go from afternoon to evening.

Scattered showers will be around during the overnight and into Friday morning. We’ll gradually dry out as we get closer to the afternoon.

Still not expecting much rain with most totals being less than .25″, but a couple of isolated areas could pick up a few tenths of an inch.

Western Kansas skies will clear out while Central Kansas will still have to deal with some cloud cover. But it’ll be completely dry by the time everyone gets off of work, allowing everyone to see warmer high temperatures in the middle to upper 60s. The weekend looks great and even the start to the new work week. Rain chances return as early as Wednesday.
