It’s been a nice start to the weekend with sunny skies and above normal highs in the upper 40s and 50s.
While it’s still been breezy in Central KS, winds will start to settle down after the sun sets. Setting the stage for a chilly evening in the 30s.
Light winds and clear skies overnight will send low temperatures into the 20s.
But as soon as the sun comes up in the morning we’ll have a warmer day to enjoy. Winds will stay light Saturday as highs warm into the middle to upper 50s. Add sunny skies to the mix and you’ve got a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
Western Kansas can expect a few more clouds in the sky but it’ll be a nice day regardless of where you are in Kansas. Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and mild temperatures continue through the rest of the weekend and even through the upcoming work week. There will be times where clouds will gather due to a few weak disturbances but skies will stay dry.
